In January 1983 Ray Andrews set up Midtherm Engineering Ltd as a flue installation company, to run alongside Midtherm Flue Systems Ltd, part of the Midtherm Group.
We grew steadily over the years and are now a standalone company, with John Walsh as MD. John has been with the company since the early days, as have many of the staff, and we still retain strong links with the Midtherm Group.
We have always had an excellent reputation across the UK for high quality, well designed & engineered flue & chimney installation, commercial kitchen canopies, natural ventilation systems and furanflex chimney liners.
In recent years we have added the independently assessed quality, environmental & safety standards - ISO 9001,14001 & 45001, and our numerous other accreditations are listed on a separate page of this website.
The future is looking good, the order book is full, and we are looking forward to the next big anniversary in 2033! Thanks to all our customers for your ongoing support.
